By accessing and using the Vinworld website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Vinworld provides web development, mobile app development, API design, UI/UX integration, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

We strive to deliver all projects on time and to the highest quality standards. However, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including client feedback delays and scope changes.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-developed code and designs created specifically for their project. Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and open-source components remain under their original licenses.

Vinworld retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typical arrangements include an initial deposit, milestone-based payments, and a final payment upon project completion.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and user data.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any project agreement.

Vinworld's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

Vinworld will provide all completed deliverables and source code upon final payment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation or arbitration if necessary.
